In this world everyone is striving to do more or achieve more than what one has done so far or has been doing presently. That is a natural phenomenon. But the most ridiculous rather unfortunate thing about most of human beings is that their lives are spent in waiting for someone to come and push them up. Till few days back, I, too, was among them. But now, somehow, I’ve understood that, instead of waiting for the things to turn according to my wish, I must stand up for those, who, too, are in the same dilemma but, still, have the capacity to end up having done a lot for themselves and can help others move with the same spirit.
I am nearing fifty. I do not have much money, nor do am I chasing that. I believe that had it been my purpose in life to possess huge wealth, my inner voice would have been insisting me constantly for the same and I would have been craving to earn more and more money by whatever means. This is one thing, which I am sure about that acquiring huge money does not seem to be the purpose of my life. Moreover, if I am destined to end up possessing huge wealth, the Universe is there to influence my inclination and instinct; make me think and act that way.
The second thing, seated deep in my heart and mind, is that the God has given me strength and capacity to make my both ends meet and fulfill needs of my family without using any shortcuts and compromising the values. By the grace of the Almighty, I never had to resort to any unethical means for earning my bread and butter even during the most difficult phase of my life. If this is true, then the question is why should I not think of doing something greater that could probably make my life useful for my society also?
I am inspired by your astonishing idea of serving the humanity by working as a personal coach. I think this could be the way I must tread through the rest of my life, keeping aside its monetary aspect and taking inspiration from the broad view of benefits of the same to the society and humanity. It is my firm belief that the money is a bi-product of the process of human service and is, therefore, bound to flow out. Then why should one focus on the bi-product and forget about the actual fruit?
I shall be grateful to you if you could guide me on the lind of action I must follow.
